LONGVIEW ACQUIRES POSITION IN KOLA MINING CORP.

Longview Capital Partners Inc. has acquired two million common shares and one million share purchase warrants of Kola Mining Corp., which securities represent in total approximately 14.1 per cent of the issuer's issued and outstanding share capital. The company acquired the securities pursuant to a private placement originally reported in Stockwatch Dec. 6, 2006. Prior to this transaction the company did not hold any common shares of the issuer.

Upon the receipt of the securities, Longview now owns or controls in total three million common shares representing, in total, approximately 14.1 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares of the issuer.

Longview acquired these securities for investment purposes, thus depending on the economic or market conditions or matters relating to the issuer, Longview may choose to either acquire additional securities or dispose of the issuer.
